The Summer Meeting of the SSHM will take place on the afternoon of Saturday 21st June in Stirling Court Hotel, which is on the campus of the University of Stirling near Bridge of Allan.

Registration for the meeting
The cost for the meeting is £45 per head, to include lunch, teas and coffees. Please would you indicate attendance below, noting any dietary preference.
The form should be returned to the Secretary, either by e mail to jcclark@doctors.org.uk or by post to: Dr John Clark, 5 Hughenden Terrace, Glasgow, G12 9XR. Alternatively, a simple e mail message which provides the same information will suffice. For catering purposes however, we need to have an indication of attendance by 13th June at the latest.
